When a client first comes on board with Towerhill, we conduct an extensive assessment to find out who, in an ideal world, is your perfect candidate. Is the candidate a graduate from a specific university or even a specific program in a university? What kind of technical, personal and work culture characteristics does your perfect candidate possess? What salary range would you like to work with? We learn the urgency of our client’s need and educate ourselves on your approach to the hiring process. At Towerhill our client’s strategic and hiring goals are our goals. We perform a thorough company analysis to help you reach your hiring objectives faster.
In this step of the process we go beyond your company and do a full industry analysis as it relates to the position. Our in depth knowledge and experience in the Cleantech and Life Sciences fields allow us to carry out a thorough and comprehensive analysis to meet the specific needs of our client. Such a detailed study of the sector provides us with a list of networks, organizations and companies to target. Once we have carefully determined this list we allocate our team of resources, including senior recruiters and resources managers, to further refine and carry out the search.
Our team of experts implements the most up to date and innovative search techniques available. Once a targeted candidate pool is defined the senior recruiter, with ongoing support from the resource team, launches an aggressive networking campaign. We engage the elite talent in the candidate pool. The process is driven by direct referrals from industry leaders and respected academic contacts.

Once our team has identified the best contenders for you we go out and recruit them. Our proven recruitment professionals present opportunities, build interest in your company and generate excitement for the position with the target candidates.
When the final group of candidates is determined, a detailed evaluation of each applicant is done to better understand the attributes of their persona that can not be conveyed on a resume. We conduct in depth interviews to get a better understanding of a candidate’s motivations, expectations and career goals. To be as thorough as possible, we appraise the candidate’s personality, energy and other intangibles that lead to a perfect fit for both you and your future employee. Other details like salary history, relocation requirements and possible logistics matches are also taken into consideration during our candidate evaluations.
Once the candidate pool is narrowed, we submit their resumes to our client’s hiring manager and human resources department to review. We provide a qualifications summary comprised of our findings in the resume, in depth interviews and candidate evaluations conducted by Towerhill. This synopsis allows us to better inform you about why the candidate is a good match based on the initial consultation.
When our client comes back with a refined list of candidates, we facilitate the interview process by coordinating phone screens and on site interviews between our client and the candidates.
While you conduct your own interviews, we contact each candidate’s professional references.
Once you have selected your candidate it is time to present an offer. Between our client, the candidate and ourselves we conduct salary and benefits negotiations to arrive at the best solution for both parties involved.
Once the offer is accepted and a start date has been determined we assist in transferring the onboarding process to the client’s internal Human Resources department.
Our job does not stop at the placement. We follow-up with both parties to make sure they are happy with the employee/employer relationship.
