And in some cases they were able to reduce the size of some tumors. What’s ground breaking about this vaccine is that it was inspired by diseases that affect children(chicken pox, measles and polio).

Well, I just returned from a very enjoyable weekend of fly fishing with my father, my brother and our friends on Martha’s Vineyard (MV Rod and Gun Club always puts on a fun tournament). The fish weren’t exactly plentiful (all I caught was a crab…) but they were big- my brother won biggest fish with a 41” striper- and my favorite weekend of the year went off without a hitch.

HERE to watch an interesting video about the bottled water industry.
As I post this video, I must admit that yesterday I did have rust water coming from my tap here in Newport. But regardless I think it's still important to be aware of some of the facts about the bottled water industry. I have heard great debate about importing water from Fiji because of the carbon foot print and what it is doing to Fiji's ecosystem.

I remember being in school and on every Earth Day our class would go out and pick up litter. I think from such a young age it has been ingrained in us that pollution is what you see. A team at MIT, led by professor Angela Belcher, has mimicked the way plants use sunlight to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, an artificial photosynthesis, using a harmless, genetically modified virus, M13.
